A graduate of Yale College and Harvard Law School, Scott began his career in the litigation department of the New York law firm of Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP. His practice there included a wide variety of matters, such as commercial disputes of all sizes, internal investigations, negotiating and drafting agreements, performing legal research and providing advice to clients ranging from indigent individuals to Fortune 100 corporations. In 2016, he took time away from the practice of law in order to travel around the world studying coffee, a personal interest. After returning, he began practicing on his own in Queens, with the goal of providing high-quality representation to Queens clients.
